A Time Capsule back to 1987! Flash had 33 miles when I got it, but it was a 2001!
Consider a carb clean and new rubber bits and we're back in the Reagan Administration. Now where're my MC Hammer cassettes? I hafta ax; 10:1 gears?!

I would leave it stock. The 87 is quick on acceleration and its soooo d*** clean. Nice find.

Personally, I'd replace the front multi-link suspension and put in a JDM Dio steering stem with KN Live Dio forks and convert it to a disc brake setup. You can always put the untouched stock stuff back on it later.
