From most forums, 45mph, stock. You can check TotalRuckus.com, they have an Elite forum there and I hear they have mods to make them faster.

are you sure it is 45 mph witch is great because the law down here for a limited speed mootorcycle is 70 mph and can not go over or I would have to get my full m licence

...+1...45 mph (transfers to 72 kph)...My Elite 80 has seen 52 mph a few times in ideal conditions.
