1985 Honda spree almost mint

Post by MrChimpo »

So yesterday we were on craigslist looking for Honda mopeds and we happen to cross to 1985 Honda spree. It looked like it was in pretty good condition so I decided to go check it, a 30 mile drive on my 1986 Honda spree with a homemade trailer behind it. I got up there after a 2 hour drive and it look like it was pretty sweet ride. $50 spent and it had no key no title no plates and didn't run. I'm going to move this to the build forum eventually but I just wanted you all to see how I got this moped home over a 30 mile trip towing it with my 86 Spree. This clip is coming down from the West Hills of Portland OR into downtown via. Rose Gardens.

I've thought about doing the same type of thing.

How does it affect stopping and handling? Looks like you have an adapted bike trailer, so no trailer brakes?
