Honda DIO

Hey.
I sold my dirty 1984 spree and now im looking for a new scooter. Something more recent. Anyway, I came across a nice looking Honda Dio 2000 for 1000CaN$. Thats about 850US... Do you people think I should get it?

when u say dirty spree... do you mean like... dirty, as in mud, sand, * moped... or do you mean dirty as in fresh as *? anyhoo... yeah if u wanna drop that much money on it the possibilities are endless

You dont think a honda dio 2000 is worth it for 850US? What is your advice?
Ive looked high and low in local classified ads, and dealers are such crap, and ebay has nothing it seems. Where do you suggest I look?

i think 850 is good for a stock 2000 elite S in good condition. All depends on how it looks on the exterior.

ok i got it. a 2000 dio, sk50, some of the plastic is messed up but i got it for 830CAN which is about 700US. everything works fine except...
the front headlight only works on highbeam.
the rear break light box is a bit cracked.
the electric start does not work.
does anyone know a good place to buy parts for a dio 2000? theres not much on ebay i think...

Hey diomike, Where do you get your parts? where do you repair your scoot...
as one montrealer to another, do you have any tips about the dio?
im leaving the county for a while so i dont think ill be around. try me though, but i doubt ill have time.
