Almost can wheelie...

Hi,
I almost can wheelie my '87 SE50, with clutch restrictor removed, UNI filter, and clean muffler, but need a little help. It still does only 25, but it can go up steep hills off road without bogging out like it did before with other jetting, though top speed didn't change. I can get the front wheel about 1.5' off the ground at best, and then it goes back down. It can be ridden out for about 5' at max. To get it to pop up, I just barely get moving, jump down to load the suspension, and crack the throttle wide open as the suspension comes back up. Any other wheelie tips? All this is being tried on a perfectly flat gravel road. I about fell off the back when I tried going up a slight hill in the yard trying to wheelie.
I'm also sitting back about as far as I can go on the seat.
Any advice is appreciated.
