tools--make sure you double check to see what you'll actually need to do repairs.
In my emergency kit, I have a universal clutch holder, large combination wrench for the variator, clutch, and rear wheel nuts; besides a couple of adjustable wrenches, and a socket wrench set with just the sockets that I actually use.
spare tube--if still running tubes, a patch kit, extra weights, tire irons
I'd also do a full maintenance checkup after arrival of midpoint area before heading back.
chain and lock to help deter would be thieves
Have a contact point to check in or with, in case of emergencies... just so that someone knows where you are and that you've arrived at your destination.

rain gear, cool weather gear?
gas can <distance between refueling points will vary, and with the limited capacity of the fuel tank on a scoot...

Greetings:
The best accessory for a trip like that is a Ford Econoline van. The next-best is a fully-charged cellphone. Third place is a discreet catheter system and 4-gallon urine bag and an 8-gallon fuel cell between your legs. Seriously, if the bike is mostly stock, and you're in no great hurry, I predict no problems. How are you carrying all the camp stuff?
