hard start

i have a nq50 spree 1986 hard start when it warms up runs great help!!!!!!!!!!! i have to start it about ten times thanks

checked ohms should be 10 ohms max it is at 3.9 good or bad thanks

sorry when i take it out what am i looking for should it move when im trying to start it or when i just use the gas thanks

when you apply power to the bystarter. also, check ur spark plug, and carb settings

plug ok carb setting ok the bystarter wont move it just gets warm. bad?

yeam it should move. thats ur prob. you need a new one, or you hasve to live wiht he hard starts

A bystarter is like an automatic choke. I hooks onto the side of the carb.

you kinda need one to work for a spree to run.
