That electric staple gun is the only way other than an air powered one to get staples through the plastic seat pan ;-) I tried a manual gun for my spree seat cover and it was a total no go. Had to go to the upoltstry shop and have them staple it. You got that thing on there perfecto no wrinkles, beautiful job.

I gotta do this too. Just picked up a spree with a roached seat cover.

All I have is a manual staple gun though and as previously mentioned it is waaaaayyy more difficult without a pneumatic stapler.

Looks good.

Where do you order it? How much?

hi the staple gun & staples, was from Home Depot. I don't remember the price it was around $20 or $ 25.
the seat cover was from eBay. $23.
Some staples are stubborn even with the staple gun.
you may have to lightly tap them in with a hammer

anyone ever use a battery powered stapler on the seat pan. I will be trying it as soon as I get my new seat pan. was just curious if any had any experience with those?

I have an old Makita 9.6v stapler that worked well. It fully set staples in the seat pan.
It looks similar to below, except uses the older style battery.
