Hi all,

My ZX dio that has a cast Malossi 72cc kit on it has done the crankshaft bearings.

What are the factory Honda part numbers for the bearings and oil seals (big bearing crankshaft)?

Does anyone have any alternative numbers. We have quite a few bearing suppliers here so I can get hold of good quality bearings. They might be cheaper than the genuine Honda bearings.

I'm a bit disappointed that the bearings went in this engine as all I wanted to do was "bolt on mods" instead of having the cases split. Oh well such is life. The over all vision is to have a completely stock looking ZX dio from the exhaust to the carb but put the 72cc cast kit on, change the gears, install a malossi variator and tune. Should be fun. Kyle (Paulpuly7) on here is the 2 stroke genius of Christchurch who is going to put the new bearings etc in.

Size 20mm ID x 52mm OD x 12mm Wide.

Alternative number from the NTN bearing on my crank.

NTN# SC04827CS28PX2

OEM Oil Seals:

Large seal for pulley side of crank

OEM# 91202-GAH-721
Size: 19.4mm ID x 31mm OD

Small seal for magneto side of crank

OEM# 91201-GK8-003
Size: 15.6mm ID x 25.5mm OD.

Now we are talking.

Something about ordering parts that come in a honda bag make me really happy. Sometimes I order a bolt or too because im missing some of mine.

On the scooter of course. I ran out a long time ago...

This is uncanny. Nearly 4 years to the day I've just ordered another set of OEM Honda bearings for my AF18 125cc stroker engine. Glad I started this post as it was an easy reference to track down some bearings here in NZ.
