1984 gryo yard find

Post by PorterGuy85 »

After completing my '85 aero 50 and selling it a while back, i found this guy the other day. Should i even bother with it or just part it out?
It's a non running 1984 nn50 mb gyro 1,900 miles. Most of it is there but it's a bit more rough shape than when i found my aero. I might go pick it up just because it's a GYRO YO!

I'd grab it if the price is right. Even if you don't restore it, I'm sure there's someone out the that could use the parts.

A real challenge to restore...
More of a parts donor for sure.
I can see that the most sought-after parts are already missing.
Personally, I've had '84 Gyros...and that was enough.
In comparison, I will never part with my '85.

For me, the whole deal is the availability of the title. Not a big deal to some buyers depending on the state they live in, but to me the title is the difference between a $100 parts Gyro and a $500 Gyro with the title in your name.

It looks complete enough to play with to me. I'd get it.

I agree with vintagegarage. Here in Florida if it doesn't come with a title, then it's just parts.
