not sure.
we should have more petition to oppose the bill. , we have 30,000 moped rider at the state capital. protesting!
there are many riders dont like it the new law!!.
the gov. didnt sign yet on hb1753 to become a law.

Good luck with the protesting... There's a bunch of guys here on Kauai trying to start a protest or a March...
