Apperently, you can get a disabled plate for a scooter in washington state....

I know you don't have to be wheelchair-bound to apply for one of these plates, but the symbol on the plate does beg the question: where does the wheelchair go?

I'd also like to point out 3 things here.
1: it's raining. And cold. And windy. Hardcore.
2:it's not a 49cc, it's a 125cc (I think)which needs a motorcycle endorsement here.
3: this person WASN'T PARKED IN AVAILABLE DISABLED SPOTS. I guess this person only uses it when needed? But this scoot was parked in the middle of a fred Meyer parking lot, like 3-400ft from the store. I just park mine by the entrance...

Speaking of handicap, did you notice that some drive thru ATMs have braille? Just as long as scoot controls don't have braille, life's good.

Yes I have noticed this. But we let blind people drive.... Isn't that why we put those dots in the road? Road braille.
