a site like http://www.provoscooter.com has alot of guys that mod jog type scoots and could help you more or just call goerge at cycle imports hawaii. He deals the most with jog type motors in hawaii and is the pollini distributor in hawaii.

i did that muffler mod on there..... and all it did was make it extremely loud?

what was i doin wrong?

maybe if you gave some more details we could help diagnose. Are you sure you did it correctly? Did you just take out the exhaust gasket instead of drilling the restrictor? That's a common newb mistake and makes it extremely loud and slowly kills the engine..
