So I want to put all new wire connectors on everything on my spree, but my main question is- how would I do the wires that hook up into one connector. Can I put 2 wires into one connector. Will that work.

You question is far too vague to give an accurate answer.
Generally speaking, it is perfectly fine to have two or more wires terminating into one wire when you are tapping into a power or ground source.
My questionto you is: Why do you want ALL NEW CONNECTORS ?
And: NO, you cannot take a 4 pin connector and just cut it out and connect all the wires into one wire.
This is absurd and shows a complete lack of understanding of basic wiring.
And: YES, you can eliminate a 4 pin connector by cutting it out and reconnecting the wires individually to their respective wires as originally positioned in the factory connector.

Lol...Well, some of the ends are breaking off. I know I can't do them all, cause if I where todo them all, it would be harder to get the harness off.
