Hi Guys,
After my nq50 is warmed up the intake and carb feel VERY cold and the intake is sweating - water dripping off of it. Is this normal?? I am new to scooters so our thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Dale.

Re: Intake and Carb
Greetings:
Fuel phase change from liquid to vapor absorbs a lot of heat. If you've ever spray painted with a rattle can, you may have noticed the can also gets cold, If you live in a humid environment it's possible to see condensation on the cold intake. The cooling shroud blows warm air over the carb partly for this reason. In cold weather, carbs can ice up!
