Checking in. I'm a NEWB. cant find what to put as GVWR on my Virginia application for title. I have a barn find 1986 Spree with only 279 miles. I have the shop manual but can't find the GVWR?

Isn't that the vehicle plus max cargo? I think it's about 300 lbs, assuming the Spree weighs about 100 and the rider is 200. How strict are they on accuracy?

GVWR is on the VIN Tag. Look at the frame tube just behind the front fork.

I can't believe Virginia really thinks that GVWR is a necessary factor on a scooter.
The states I've lived in require such info strictly pertaining to trucks.
