Yes you can use it. I put a cap in my tank every few fills and it seems to keep my carb clean and the spree running smooth.

Seafoam is VERY GOOD for your spree. Put 3-5 cap fulls in EVERY Tank of gas for max cleaning action. 1 can will last you a whole summer. Come winter, dump 1/4 can of seafoam in the tank and fill er up. Drive the bike for 1 mile or let er idel for about 15 minutes, pull the battery out and your set for the winter and a single push of the button start next spring!

Is seafoam a fuel stabilizer as well? If not you should add some stabil or something similar when doing this.

Yes, it's a fuel stabilizer as well. Personally, does a much better job then stabil does.

Seriously, at some point in time, someone will come up with a spree engine/intake/exhaust problem that you CAN'T use seafoam to help do minor maintenance with. Use seafoam. Use it often.
