Waxing the Spree?

Post by Ozzimo »

So I noticed my spree has a good amount of marks, knicks, small scratches etc. Has anyone tried to wax a spree and if so, how'd it go?

Also. imagine a nicely waxed spree with polished alumminum. Hot. :)

since my spree is a show bike i wax it all the time. i use mothers wax the first step is buying the pre cleaner that gets rid of all the little scratches and dead paint. the dead paint causes it to not shine well. this works well on black ones. then comes the sealer and the final thing is to put pure wax on it. u can get it from your auto store. P.S DO NOT USE TURTTLE WAX VERY HARD TO GET OFF

an update: I washed spree and used Nu Finish gel on my spree the other day. its not really a wax, more like a light stripper. From what I understand it takes a thin layer of paint off of the vehicle and makes it shine. It looks beautiful. I have pictures to send later. :)
