Got my first batch of things straight from Hawaii:
260mm Daytona Showa adjustable shock, Keli lightened pulley, Keli ramp and JDM low-profile mirrors from Japan!
Going to wait till I have everything to install, so no installed pics for a while but heres the goods.
Notice the material taken off the lip of vari

both from private sellers on hawaii forums. no VT orders yet.Dac wrote:You go though VTcycles or the guy you got the mirrors from?
And if you dont mind me asking. what did you pay for that 260mm Daytona Showa adjustable shock?
Shock is $90-100 retail there, I bought for $70shipped. It's been used for mockup so has a few scratches but never actually used.
If you're looking for a cheap shock, theres some decent $40 ones on ebay for the Elite.

Part 2
Got some more parts in. Here's the CT 21-28mm manifold for the Elite, along with my spare 21mm OKO. The Hawaiin's say the carb's too small but I've some tricks in mind to make it work better.
Third part will be engine and exhaust, but with Christmas coming that may take a bit longer, stay tuned.

Its a secret Just kiddin, the place is actually mentioned in the first pic. I've gotten lots of stuff for my vento's from them and they have good deals on some of the Dio parts.Dac wrote:who you getting these parts from?
And have you decided who your going to be getting your motor parts from?
PS- NICE!
Like the CT manifold, only $40. Even VT sells it for $60 and its even more at the other shops.

F.M. 85cc? Not to bad. Im not to formiller with F.M. stuff, They long lasting?
If i was to every buy a bigger bore kit i would simply go with the 72cc Corsa. Those things are bad * and long lasting, they really stand up the s*** i would put it though. Weird thing is a 72cc corsa will keep up with a slandered 80-85cc. Im not sure where F.M. stands on that chart.
Nice call on the PG Long, there bad *. Any way your still going to be scoot'in fast.

I hope so heh. I've read a few good reviews on the FM 85cc kit, but they're kinda dated. Nonetheless I like having something greater than 70cc and since I've decided not to stroke it farther 85cc would be the max.
Everyone likes Corsa and all the hawaii folk recommend it, but I just like trying something different Plus its a heck of a lot cheaper.
