Just got a '84 Spree

I just got a spree due to the fact I have no license and need to get around. I have a few questions like is it possible to jimmy some sort of sound system up to it using the existing battery or would I have to get a seperate one. other then that first day i got it put 60 miles on it.

If anyone has any ways to put sound system on thats not to hard since i know nothing about hooking stuff up but my friend does so he can do it all for me, i just want to know what i need to do or get for it.

i put a sterio in mine by making a dashboard and a couple of decient speakers. look at the pics at www.freewebs.com/spreepics its under "custom sprees" the blue one. just make sure no water will get at the sterio! thats why i wrapped mine in a leather cover.as for wiring yes, u can use the existing battery. just make sure it is strong.
