go to that site. I am looking to purchase this but would like to know if that is a good pricing or too high of one. I really want to start getting into riding but I just need some right advice to get off on the right foot.

$400 is more like it $600 tops.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
