is there any other scooter out there that has a 90 degree exhaust port??
I'm looking for an expansion chamber exhaust for my spree. what would be a close match?? what could be made to fit with som slight bending?? there's gotta be something!!!
expansion chambers

You'd be better off starting with an existing expansion chamber and modifying it to fit the stock downpipe. The problem that I see is that the expansion chamber will need to "bend" around the fan shroud if you want to keep the length relationships the same (and yes, you would like to do that if possible.)
I have a pocketbike chamber/absorber that I want to modify to fit, purchased for $20 off Ebay. By my calcs, it's a little oversized for the application but is a lot easier than forming/welding cones. One of these days...

No idea what it would do, should help across the board.
I've had the parts to do this for 2 months now, but still haven't gotten around to welding it up. To keep the lengths the same, you actually have to cut the chamber itself and curve it around the fan shroud, which is an annoyance. Might be easier to not bother... maybe I'll try that first.

There's no trans on a Spree, really. Pulley mods will increase top speed, if you get enough increase in low end you shouldn't notice the bogging at takeoff.
