i have no * for my 98 elite s...and i herd that i can get it regesterd in MI with no *..is this true????if so i live in N.J..can i do it???LMK!!!

I can register w/o title . can do it. Cost $25.00 waiting about a week.

In Michigan they have no titles, you need to salvage title your bike.

not even that, just a bill of sale. And, not even a real bill of sale. Just a paper that says all the info, both people names, price, vin and the date.
When i got my 92 elite, my "bill of sale" was on the back of my math homework.

Yes, must have both item, I can do paper work and process.
if any tag(s) either missing/ engraving letter or# , not matching vin# cant make paper work.. this is illegal.

your pics of vin, in your state, you will kind of lost to register your moped that got no paper from owner as long is not stolen moped.

worth more money when you sell your moped in any of the state than without paper is good for parts only.

is the moped in n.j. legal register? If yes,,,, you will need to go down to dmv tell you cant find the owner again , they want to verify you got any lost contact , you cant bulshet and must be honest to office lady dmv .if not, cant get register in your name in your home state from lost owner. then you may want to sell on ebay and parts out ,sell on ebay.
