not enof oil AND LIGTER PULLY

first thing. i have a lighter inner pully for my spreee and i mean really light. do you think thatll pull my prefromance up at all. also i think i am not getting enof oil in my gas. how do i increse the oil flo do i put the screw in or out on the carb?

Oil is preset there is no adjustment for oil on the NQ50 Spree carbs.
