I was thinking about starting a hondaspree.net chat room.

there isnt a ton of people on this site, so im not sure if there would really ever been anybody in it...

so what do you think?
should i start one or should i not even bother?

Im fairly neutral on this, try it and see what happens.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

yeah, same here.

on one hand, i think it would be cool to have a chat room. But on the other hand we really dont have a ton of members and a empty chat room is boring.

well do it anyways. i think people might start using it or randomly use it. it doesnt take any space or anything. =] i think its worth a try. and if it doesnt work.. who cares, we tried!

well, ill give it a few more days, but i think this idea is better left without.

after the first few days we only got 3 people in there. I have been signed in for the past two days and have seen almost no talking at all.

Ill give this a few more days, but as of now my vote is going towards trashing it.

i would say organizing and telling people to all come chat at a certain time would help. that's the way I've seen it done in car forums and it seemed to work.
