watercooled stroker for 2001 Honda Elite S Project Elise

Post by diosoljah »

Okay heres the story, I bought this bike early 2001 then I modified it with a 72cc malossi bore then someone stole, stripped it and a police officer came to my home with the bare frame in the police car. So now Ive decided to resurect her (Elise) from her three year coma. I started by purchasing a 54mm Stroker watercooled kit , Im still waiting for the 54mm her2400 crank, itll be some time to get this girl up and running again.

I got this kit from a new moped shop (KS Cycles), The Owner ordered 10 kits a few weeks ago and I bought one of the last two that was left. Next shipment is about 4-6 months.

I got the puller at checkers for $8.99 but theres a better type puller at napas with a sharp type point I think it was some timing gear puller or something and in the second to the last pic I made that tool out of a 1/4 steel plate.
