Could someone please list the mechanical differences between a Spree and an Elite?

Spree - Light frame. Slow motor. No mods. Boxy/retro/awesome look.

Elite - mid weight frame. Fast motor. Highly modifiable. Modern body.

yes but i have been adding elite parts to my spree . im putting the bras emulsion tube from where the needel goes into it the spree one has less holes for top end so we will see what that does idk if ill do it tonight or tomorrow i have yet to see what elese i can use i want a intake from one the kind that takes 2 bolts. that would open it up and as well the reeds i do think this will get me at lest 5 mph . im a bout to move soon and will have me a garrage which i will use for the sole purpose of working on scooters there wont be no car allowed in there

Your knowledge of how carbs work, or should I say lack of is amazing. The main jet controls fuel at WOT, not the tube and how many holes are in it.

ok than let me fill half the holes and see what happenes there there for somthing and i would like to get some jets so i can experiment

Parts in carb you can change are jets, float levels, adjustment screws, even slides but the the main jet still control fuel at WOT so you butt is as numb as your other end. Image
