1984 Honda Gyro
Just finished a 1979 Yamaha QT 50 rebuild and last week bought a 1984 Gyro, a spare frame, about 75% of the parts for the second frame and loads of body plastic from other Gyros. Been reading this forum for a while and was able to rebuild the Gyro starter and get it cleaned up, pulled the head, wheels. got new keys made and generally cleaned it up. Ordered new tires yesterday. Need to get the carb off and soaked, check the bystarter, and a hundred other things. I printed off a manual for a 1984 Spree thinking a lot of stuff for the engine would be the same, for example I need the ohm standards for the coils. Have hunted high and low for an owners manual to download and would like to find a repair manual also. Any tips? I have seen the stuff on ebay but I figure it is out there somewhere for free. Lots of good material here on the forum and I hope to be able to put a little back in return.
