Odd smell going downhill

Post by Farfignugin »

This is just a concern rather than a question. I was goin downhill on my spree at about 35mph with it at full throttle, and it started to still go faster, but, there was an odd "burning" smell (not the same smell 2-stokes usually have). Is this a bad thing?? like the engine over-revving? Or is it normal?

Any insight would be helpfull

Thanks.

I don't recall any burning smells as I've gone downhill, so I can't really diagnose it. But try opening up ur belt cover and seeing if everything looks ok, and nothing looks burnt.
projects galore :nerd:
