Nope... not without custom fabrication. That pipe is made for a minnerelli type motor, not a vertical one that is found on sprees and elites. same goes for 70cc kit, carb might be a possibility.

yeah. carbs are pretty universal, but u would also need the intake manifold to adapt them. u can make one or spend 60 at vt for one. there is no point in swapping the carb without a bore tho. the bore will not fit because it is more then the holes lining up. its also the position of the ports, size, exc.

why are u asking this? did u finally get an elite?
