kit is for af28 wont fit your af16 bolt on

would need to split cases and port match the * out of the boost port, plus maybe widen transfers

go corsa or contessa and dont look back

Wouldn't both the contessa and corsa kit also require boost port enlargement? I'm really looking to keep this low budget and only run stock pipe. Possibly upgrade to a 18mm-20mm carb and larger intake at the very most.

I had actually posted this in another thread and it was ignored, figured I'd toss it here in my own;

The other day when I had my exhaust off and was checking plugs, I noticed the stock setup doesn't bring the piston down below the exhaust port? I'd say it was still 1/8" above the bottom of the exhaust side. Any reason why Honda would do this?
Maybe better MPG?
Lower engine heat?
Better emissions?

And would it be worth it to shim up the base/cut the head to match?
Any stock bore dio porting tips?

My 1996 had that Goshi pipe... I thought it was just standard.

If I were you, I would wire that pump full open. Big deal, if you let it idle a few it will smoke like * on take off... I did that with my 96 and my neghbors came out to see if I was using the snowblower (wintertime, my stupidity of taking a ride on a day the roads were clear almost cost me a foot, literally).

I never ran her dry though. It did consume more oil than average that way, but I felt better knowing I wasn't gonna blow it up. But like I said, sadly I wrecked it a week later. It got bounced off 3 cars because some * ran a red light and clipped my back tire.

I'm actually wondering this myself. Anyone care to check the tail end of their 94+ Elite exhaust to confirm/deny said GOSHI stamping?

And you need to keep in mind, the HIGHER the oiler setting, the LEANER the mixture will be!
More oil= less gas.
