I'll go out and buy the Motul 800 tomorrow. Luckily, a shop down the street carries the good stuff.

Also, I thought Motul 800 was synthetic. Isn't it too soon to use full synthetic?

Bakaracer,

Is it alright to use the Motul 800 2T 'Offroad'? That's the version they had.

This afternoon a Toyota Tundra waiting in the center turn lane cut across my path when I was coming towards his position 15 feet away, and my bike is totaled. He said my bike blended in with the pavement and he never saw me. He got a ticket and I'll probably get * by his insurance company.

Here's the imprint my body left in the side of his truck:
Image

...and yeah, the motor mount twisted and distorted from the force of the impact. The front end is a mess.

My x-rays turned up nothing broken, but my right pinky finger is in a splint. Sux typing one handed.

Glad to hear that your ok. But man, that really sucks that it had to happen to you while riding a scoot that you spent so much time building up...
Hope you have a swift recovery.

Greetings:

So sorry Sanj!
Glad you will be OK physically. I wish you luck, however you may find it difficult to establish a value for your non-U.S. scooter, thus the Insurance company almost certainly will short-change you for it. Custom mods and all that work will be ignored, typically. Did you keep receipts for everything? Might come in handy.
