T-jamz, this build looks sick, might I sugest a tank a little bigger tank than that silver one(even though it looked sweet), I have seen one like it on a moped conversion, and my spree has a bigger capacity tank! And with that dio, you would have to carry a spare gas can so you wouldn't get stranded. If only there was some way to make the rear rack BE the tank, that would be sweet lookin.

Nice - I like the look. It's also very light and a guy can work on everything w/o having to take off the plastics.

The Express II tank is almost out of sight, vs the Express which fills the space in the rear rack. It just my opinion, but the Express II tank on your build would be clean! Either way, it's nice :2thumbs:

I have a couple ideas rolling around in my head. I am bidding on an express II tank on ebay.

Clean is defiantly the look I am going for. All the wiring is even going to be run inside the frame.

Im thinking keep the original front wheel, change the rake of the stem, lengthen the forks about 12", put on a bigger set of ape hangers, with the dio rear end. A Chopper?????

That was the original idea.(big wheel up front)

But I like the overall low stance of the expressII with 10" rims in the front.

Not done yet but, we took the Ex2SRX for a test run today.

The gas tank is temporary. Still lots of work to do.
