i read on the wiki thread about porting intakes ,it said you can make a stok spree intake perform better after porting than a stock sb50 will work

It is easier if you just tap in a second nipple, real easy and I skipped the SB50 carb, even though I have one. The real restriction in the Spree intake is the reeds and I believe without the SB50 reeds you are wasting your time and money.spree-rider wrote:wrong. it would work the same if not almost the same. and you could just buy the sb50 carb as well wich has the oiler nipple on it.
