I like light under the muffler heat shield looks very cool ( how about header wrap on the pipe for heat insulation )

I'm still not keen on the color of the side mesh ....maybe dark red to match the vent cover mesh

Stopped in at the dollar store ,They had mesh pencil holders ,And looked about the same size as my foam air filter
Guess what they cost ? ....$1.00
A little red paint cut out a skull stencil even less white paint ... Done .
OK I did have to tap the top of the carb to put a 7mm screw in to keep it from falling off .(took less than 1 min.)

Found an old pipe and figured ...Give it a shot.
I have another thing to put on my do not do again list ...Never try to weld a header or make mounts for a Exhaust pipe .
The metal on the side is the unfinished mount .
On the first test run I got about 1/2 a block before the pipe ripped off the header (should have made a mount & thicker welds )
So back to the welder and thicker welds and deffinatly make a mount .
I noticed a bit more power but it's very loud .Hope to have it finished tomorrow .

looks grate and not my grampa spree but didn't like it innhow..
one question why is the back finder still on ??
your not using the air filter so the only thing in the finder is the coil i think??

p.s.
with the new pipe you wont have a spot to bolt the back of the finder on to innhow
