Wowowowow what am amazing restoration. It's so nice to be able to see the process that the scooter goes through. AND for only $20?!?! What a steal of a price! What's your paint method? I'm assuming its not just a spray paint can kinda thing, looks really nice. I'm blown away by what you have turned this scooter into!

Well I knew it was going to good .....
Got busted by the cops it was kinda late 3 am
No cars on the road and out of nowhere siren lights PULL OVER >> I SAID PULL OVER
Stay on the bike ...
Well things got worse ... You only have an 11 diget vin
I am going to impound your bike ....Sheet Fuek this sucks I know whats going to happen next tow truck $245.00 go the next day extra $45.00 for storage
Well going around in circles with a dumbass cop finally got out of it ...
Did some google searches came up with this ... HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE And the cops don't rip off your bike
Also this is for Nevada only on the exemptions see 2-B and 2 - D. So yes 11 diget vin numbers do exist

we get hassled because we live in a really lax scooter and moped law state.. That being said a bunch of tweakers and derelicts ride scooters that shouldn't be on the road or without a license. .. which brings heat on the people who ride scooters and mopeds because we want too and not because we have too.

I was thinking wear a white shirt and a black tie when I ride it and put some religious stuff
on it , It will be like the anti 66six .It actually looks good with just the white might even cover up the HONDA on the engine .
But thanks anyway ... check out the front cover decals on this front plastic horriable .... Also a pic of what the air box cover was going to look like .

Hello bfowler Thanks
As for the paint I did use spray cans because mixing paint and using a gun can get really expensive really fast $90.00 or more with the catalist for a quart and they hate to sell smaller sizes . I have a gun and compressor but I just like cans as they are fast and look just as good ,I did use some special paint and it was not expensive under $4.00 a can but it is hard to find I had to go to a place that sells steel I got some stuff thats made by AERVOE Rust proof Any-Way ....you can spray upside down and the paint is a bit thick so it fills in some of the small scratches and drys glossy and tough I also use Dupli Color for rims & frames It's a bit pricey $9.00 a can @ Pep Boys I also like some of the Rustoleum paints but make sure and get the high performance and professional stuff ... This also sounds goofy but I found some sanding sponges at the Dollar Store that worked out great on curved surfaces I was surprised and even went back and got more . :
I wanted to do some tests w/vinyl so I covered the top of the headlight housing to see how it would look and came out nice it's not as easy as it looks because you need to use a heat gun w/ one hand as your wrapping it around the curves to get rid of the wrinkles with your other . I always wanted to try to do a wrap over a whole scoot but like I said it's harder than it looks .
