Might need adhesion promoter for plastic to get it to stick. Sometimes primer will make it work but I had an auto body supply shop tell me that for bare plastic that's the trick. I have some but have yet to try it as I haven't had to do any bare plastic yet. I find that as long as I get the surface clean with acetone properly everything is good.

Thanks for the tips guys, I used the krylon fusion on my ch80 spree paint job and was happy with the results so I'm using it again. Prep is always the key to a good paint job, I usually heat up the surface with my heat gun and also warm up my garage with a space heater.

Doing some body work on the bubble I did with my heat gun. I used Fusor plastic filler, sanded, then a bondo top coat, still need to sand down one more time.

I just drilled new holes and used zipties lol, guess the qaulity will really show afterwards. Wish I actually had a thing for looks, but im more of if it works, use if it looks good so what. But its still eye candy to have looks too. I would still pay for the eye candy, but yet its not my style. Good build so far and that power buldge isnt the only budlge that thing is sporting. :naughty: im refering to the monster motor

Before I was using large washers to hold the panels with broken mounting holes, it worked.

It takes a lot of patience to make things nice, at some point you call it good enough because you just want to ride. That's why I usually do projects during the winter, now spring is kicking in though. :D

I'm confident your scooter will run strong and look good. The pains you take will be totally worthwhile.

I decided to put a pipe on my nh125, it has to be custom fit because no one makes pipes for the nh125. The best option was a pipe made for a dio, this is the cheapest I could find that had a silencer.
