looks good, and that GM pipe.. baller. glad you gonna get to play with it

whats your plan for break-in?

I remember someone saying 10 heat cycles, with load, and short ride distances was good to break in a Corsa. Also I think I remember 10 gas fills and you could consider her broken-in..

Anyone else with Corsa experiance, feel free to chime in. Been long time for me :graybeard:

So I have been doing some heat cycles the last couples days and don't seem to reach temps over 350. Everything seems pretty good so far, I have taken her over 55mph yet and wanna wait for a while to see her full potential. I am still running stock clutch, and stock springs. Is there any benefit to change them now?

So far I have started bike on stand let it warm up for about 5 min, it doesn't seem to to go above 200 degrees. I ride for 5 minutes then let it idol for 5 minutes then repeat for 30 minutes total. I have done this twice. suggestions? Thanks

heat cycles are you let the bike idle on the stand. no riding. if your riding it then its a riding breakin even though your letting it cool down. if you already started the riding breakin then its to late to do heat cycles. just make sure your not going over 35mph if not your letting the rings seat wrong and possible stretching the ring lands which will cause ring rattle( sounds like little rocks in a pop can being shook)

So I did Let it idle for about 10 minutes the first time and let it cool down( sorry left that out) I know thats not enough heat cycles so is there possible damage done to my cylinder? oops already went over 35MPH, so how long should I keep it under 35MPH?
