The seat cover was an embarrassing purchase. It was a "one off" from an upholstry shop around my buddies scooter shop. All leather diamond pleated double stitched. They had done a buddies Zuma 125 seat that I loved....

I can feel the pipe much more with the highrr blowdown, but my timings are getting near the risk area. I dont want to be too close to 200 on the exhaust, or over 35 with the blowdown. Ive lost power at this point below 9k, but at 9k it kicks in like a scalded dog. The Fabrizi is rather cheap to buy as a kit, but im moving across the country in a little over a month and things will be tight for a while.
what are the stock corsa timings?
Your blow down is 34 with those numbers on a fabrizi. Unless of course there's that much of a difference between the single and double ring. I don't know yours.

So, finally got the scooter home yesterday but on a flatbed AAA truck. Blew a belt.
Also, I cannot seem to find a proper idle. It idles at 2600 rpms any lower the little fella dies. And max rpms still around 10k

So, I bought a Polini belt. I have a stock spare somewhere, and I have Kevlar Molassi belt around. Which one is next? Any suggestions?

01 Elite Polini Corsa 72 BBK, Yasuni C16
9:1 gears, 24mm Polini carb, Keli/SEF vari 5.6gr
1k white center, TT Temp & RPM, OKO intake

Was your old belt bad or did it break because of a spur on something? I'd run the malossi belt.
Sounds like you're too lean on the pilot if you have to be at 2600 rpm to idle.

The belt was the original (only had about 2k on it tho). I put on the Malossi belt. Changed the pilot from a 45 to 48.

Hope to get out on it in a minute. Feel bad "tuning" in the dark like this and the poor neighbors! LOL

Tomorrow I got a ride out to Long Beach CA. I hope to make it! Got AAA in the back pocket just in case! :geekdance:

Are those 90/90 10's on the stock wheels or are those met wheels?

But your tire size is 90/90 from some of your pics. Tubeless?

You have to use tubes on the stock rims.

Stock rims, tubes, and Michelin S1's. Correct. I'm currently asking around for Met rims--- got some buddies who have some lying around I know it!

Please excuse the dirty- ness, but wanted to show off the newly powder'd Met rims! Love the color. The pics don't do it justice.
