so, you previously stated that it has to have pedals to be a moped right? so what about pic4? i call that a motorized bicycle...but by your definition its a moped.
I have never stated my definition and yes I also call that a motorized bike. Speaking of motorized bike I think I will go ride mine.

If it helps my Grandfather called anything thing on 2 wheels a scooter, he could not see for $hit either.



Haha I bought this last week for $100 just realized she called it a Moped also.. 35mph my * didn't even run when I got there, tweekers. and it does 28mph gps

Nice job on the rebuild.
Personally I would have either bulged the side panels wider and spaced them in the front or back or removed the fat muffler and air box.

If you have to cut the plastic use something like a die grinder or dremel tool, draw a line on it and try and keep it straight. Your panels can still be cut smoother. You can rebuild the panels using pink board foam that is shaped then cover with composite and paint on epoxy.

Again nice conversion.
