The Aero 80 came from the factory with a slightly too lean main jet. Change out the stock 88 main jet for a 90 and the throttle will be able to be held wide open then. You won't go any faster but you will be able to hold WOT. Oh and a 92 is too much.

What size jet the opened up aero 50 airbox, and the eventual custom pipe I will add

sorry about the photo situation ill try to get some soon just been doing other stuff :crazy: , any one know the dimensions of the aero 80 drive belt and would there be any benefit to going with a wider belt, mine appears to be so worn that it just slides between the variator faces, and BTW i have managed to get up to 45mph on the flat but my pipe is all topend kicking in at 20-25mph then it really takes off until it levels out at 45ish feels like it has plenty of power as it will maintain 35+ and actually accelerate up hill as long as i am in the powerband, if the new belt doesn't help my bottom end, does any one know if the sleeker 1985 exhaust will fit my 83 cylinder

The Aero 80 belt measures 745 mm X 15 mm X 30┬░ (or 29.33" X .59" X 30┬░ . The wear limit on the belt is 13.5 mm. Honda Part Number 23100-GC8-004 List $37.95 Cost $25.88
