The Aero 80 came from the factory with a slightly too lean main jet. Change out the stock 88 main jet for a 90 and the throttle will be able to be held wide open then. You won't go any faster but you will be able to hold WOT. Oh and a 92 is too much.

sorry about the photo situation ill try to get some soon just been doing other stuff , any one know the dimensions of the aero 80 drive belt and would there be any benefit to going with a wider belt, mine appears to be so worn that it just slides between the variator faces, and BTW i have managed to get up to 45mph on the flat but my pipe is all topend kicking in at 20-25mph then it really takes off until it levels out at 45ish feels like it has plenty of power as it will maintain 35+ and actually accelerate up hill as long as i am in the powerband, if the new belt doesn't help my bottom end, does any one know if the sleeker 1985 exhaust will fit my 83 cylinder
