So I'm topping out with the arrow same as before, 4100 rpm. Just a lot better acceleration. I dropped my weights to 33g from 41g and picked up 500rpm on the top end. What am I doing wrong here? Shouldn't I be closer to 8k red line?

I would think you should be higher. But running a stock clutch and carb might be hindering you. I could be wrong but you should getting higher Rpms with that pipe. How is it running? Top speed

I haven't done a top speed run but it feels like it would taper out a bit earlier cause of the lighter weights. It runs great though.

I thought maybe if it was a carb issue my temps would be skyrocket.

Maybe the tach isn't accurate? Seems to be right at idle. It reads 1200 rpms.

Stock contra and yellow clutch springs. Should I try blue or white contra?

I would try different contras for sure. trial and error is your best guide. Do 1 thing at a time as even though I've been tuning my bike for quite awhile it still boggles my mind how it all works. I just try things until I come up with the best output.
