We are going all out on this one.

Big bore AND spree gears.

Plus the magic stick was in full effect, smoothing and shaping the 44mm jug into silky smoothness. :geekdance:

And here it is opened up with the magicstick (demel tool)

I will let you know how break in goes. I will post results here.
The clutch bell has an Audiobahn car audio amp fan cover bolted to it. It does nothing but add bling.

:surprise: I did not really even notice the bystarter tube til you said it was f**ked up! :surprise:

Has anyone ever seen this kind of damage on a bystarter tube? :wtf:

My air filter for the bbk:

SUPPLIES
One 20oz pop bottle top
JB weld
Cheap air filter form autozone

TOOLS
Magic stick (dremel with cutting bit)
Heat gun

Take the bottle cap and cut out the top with the magic stick, also grind out the caps threads.
Use the heat gun to warm the newly cut cap.
Push the cap on to your carb. Let it cool down enuff that it keeps it's shape.
Pull the cap off the carb and use it to mark a hole on the Cheap air filter.
Cut the cheap filter so that the holes from the cap and the filter are the same size.
"glue" it all together with the JB weld.

I used some jb weld to block off this extra intake inlet too.

This intake was also opened up a bit with the magic stick.

And once I start playing around with the Magicstick, I cant stop.
Here is the begining work for Knife edging the ports on the case.

Very nice air filter! i like the craftsman ship! your freakin good with the magic stick man!

SO, knifes edge, is that an ideal porting method? i was gonna grind all my edges N stuff to but decided to keep grinding dust N stuff away and outta motor at all possibe costs. i did knock a few edges off the inside of the intake (had a piece of casting stickin out..i was like, wtf..BRRRRRRRRT.. Off with its oblonged pertruding-ness. ) lol

Anything to help air flow better is a good thing.

My friend, spreetard, has a 1987 spree that only has magicstick port work done and his top end is around 42mph
No bbk and no gears. just more free flowing nq50 powah! (power)

My buddy with a scrapper truck came by today and picked up crap from around my shop.

between the copper wire and old metal, I made $120 today. I think steel is up to $250 a ton here and copper is $1 per pound.
