2 questions:
What is that speedo on there? Looks pretty sweet.
Your front break hub - whats up with that? looks crisp, but foreign to me.

Speedo came off of a Adly minibike that had a minarelli engine and 10" wheels.

Ha i had to go back and look, that's a stem from a BMX bike. I'd say a Haro front loader stem
