Re: Bumblebee Build-Up (Elite S 75cc 60+mph)
Greetings:
You'll be tuning to your pipe, of course. If it helps any, I'm using a Yellow center spring that'd be familiar to you. Opposing it are about 35-38 grams total roller weight. I was using less (maybe 32g?) with the PG Long pipe, but the Hot Surfaces pipe from Taz likes to make torque at low-ish revs. On the way to work this morning, I was amazed to see 6500 RPM at 38 MPH and a scant 7K at a steady 42 MPH. Throttle barely cracked open. Jumping up or down by more than 3 grams can overshoot the ideal.

Re: Bumblebee Build-Up (Elite S 75cc 60+mph)
That sounds pretty good, I'm closer to around 46g with a 2k rear and it just seems too revvy at first, then throttle dips down noticeably past 35mph. Going to try a slightly stiffer rear center and see if thats closer to balance, otherwise lower vari weight and 1.5k center may be the ticket, thx
