thats the pipe right there!! :2thumbs: just count the clutch bell turns to 1 rotation of the tire.that should tell you whats in there. that pipe like the higher rpms so tune for that. with the 72 kit, big carb ,gears and that pipe you should see 65mph no problem.

baka the gears ar 7:1 and it sounds like str8 cuts when you turn it. so im guessing it is the polini's but i've seen taiwan ones too. it dont really matter to me. bore kit is THE corsa haha. maybe swap for 78cc alum later. and took off the PG long gotta mod the scorp. mount.
check out the virgin SYM intake ports. frickin tiny.

i think ill leave em for now since im too lazy to split the case and cut.
my goal it to beat my friends mini stroke corsa, wit PG long and 6:1 or something
and if anybody buys one new OKO carb becareful when you take the bowl off. stripped one screw the thing was so tight.

if you switch out your gears to the 7.8to1 or get s gears so you can have 8to1, your dig out should be able to keep up with his dig out ,the reason is that you will be better into the rpm range with the scorpion than he will be with the pg long. with the 8to1 gears 65mph+ is no problem plus your lowend going be real good to.

Curious where did you get the pipe from?? looks like to be the quieter version because the belly is near the mount..NM I just saw the Scorepen sticker

up the pilot to a 52 at lease. you might have to use a 55. the screw with the spring on it is the idle.the othere is the air fuel sccrew.set it to 1 1/2 to start.pull up the choke for cold starts. what plug are you using? set the plug gap to .025.

ok i turned it out 1.5 and pulled the choke but still no start. plug is b8hs. has spark, but the plug is black/wet and the gap is almost as thick as the tip. could the carb be floaded? btw before i changed carb/pipe you would have to play with the gas to get it going. maybe too much gas?
