Free 1984 build/customization

I got this for free from a friend, all I had to do was dig it from under the junk pile.

It won't likely run well with that filter. Do you have the rear plastics?

I dunno, Ive read that people tend to steer away from using filters like that, but mine does decent. I'm sure it could do better, cuz it gets up to around 20-25 and sorta sits there....
And no, he didnt have 'em. I had planned on a sorta stripped down Ruckus look anyhow. However I do want to do something about the exposed wires and oil tank areas....
