Start with the big green wire. Bolt it to the starter, it is you engine ground.

The thick red wire is your starter wire. attach it to the terminal on the starter.

four wires are left after that

black/red - this wire comes from the stator - it goes to the cdi

blue/yellow - this wire comes from the pickup- it goes to the cdi

yellow wire and white wires are the charge wires from the stator. They are not required to run the engine, but they provide ac current to the lights and voltage regulator

thanks mouse, its comming aglong slowly. but got alot done the past 2 weeks. finished painting my frame, took apart my frontend, made a custom airbox, traded my 86 mini stroke sym motor for a 120cc honda motor(chameleon factoryhead, 54mm bore, pg teflon stuffed crank, ported intake,7:1 gears). :woot:
i also made up my mind about my new motor setup. taida 52.5 bore with the pg 50mm full cover crank, scorp. pipe of course, maybe 6:1 gears.
pics...
