I was thinking of doing the big bore 48 kit from chopchop
I will post a video of the plastics soon, I had to do some trimming to fit over/ around the pipes.

No not gps. But this thing has hit 38mph bone stock other than the pulley mod I did.

I removed the head gasket and used rtv which shaves a few thousandths for more compression too. I also did a mild port job on the jug.

not sure but i think you cood put a 3inch tire on it with some grinding but a 2.27 i believe you wont need to grind it that will give you a little more top end speed ..but tack off will be a little slower .. the bbich of a spree is it is what it is ..

38 mph is not possible with a stock NQ50, but then yours is NOT stock. What kind of RTV because the regular stuff will never hold the cylinder pressures?

I used HONDABOND rtv, I have never had any trouble with it leaking. I also used for a honda rebel 250cc rebuild this year. I had no issues there either. http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Genuine-HON ... 5ae3cd6e07

I am not sure about the stock stuff, I never change anything but the pulley mod and cleaned the carb.

I ordered the 48mm kit from chopchop today and the carb he sells as well. I will keep everybody updated.
