A old woman traded it in at the local honda shop. She drove it once in a while to go get groceries. It looks like it only has 900 miles too. Not one scratch. The plastics look immaculate

what did you use to match your boost port??

Hacksaw blade and a tungsten file. This was my first one so it didnt come out exactly perfect. I went over a little bit with the file. I had to open up the boost on my bore a little afterwards. The second block i did came out perfect

so it really eats thru with the hacksaw blade huh? and you can be precise? im nlooking to do the same crank and bore..you get your parts from eft performance?

Yep cant beat pricing or speed. You
Need to get a fine hacksaw blade made
For metal. Its soft aluminum so go slow.

Oh yeah and when you cut it go a little on the smaller side so you have room to file things out

Ok i found where to get the carbon blade.. Thanks.. Lets see what happens. Also what plug are you going to run?

Are you making your own base gaskets? And are you replacing tour bearings and seals if so where did you get them?

I have to make my own base and head gasket because i ripped my base. Bearings and seals i got from honda for aroun 40 bucks
